Property across Nigeria

Property enquiries in Nigeria’s growth corridors

Phatspine Global Ventures is a Nigerian consultancy. We welcome enquiries about land and property in Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, the Federal Capital Territory and other developing corridors — from clients living in Nigeria and from Nigerians abroad buying at home.

Where we welcome enquiries

States and corridors of interest

Use this page to begin an enquiry. Availability, listings, prices, title status and any agency arrangement must be confirmed in writing for each specific property before you proceed.

Lagos State

Lekki, Ibeju-Lekki, Epe & Ikorodu

Enquiries along the Lekki–Epe corridor and the eastern axis, where residential development, land banking and infrastructure projects continue to shape demand.

Ogun State

Mowe, Simawa, Sagamu & Abeokuta

Enquiries along the Lagos–Ibadan expressway belt, often considered for more accessible entry prices and proximity to Lagos employment.

Oyo State

Ibadan & surrounding farmland

Residential enquiries in Ibadan alongside agricultural and agro-real estate interests in the wider farmland areas of the state.

Federal Capital Territory

Abuja & satellite districts

Initial discussions about residential and commercial property in the capital and its expanding satellite districts.

Buying from abroad

For Nigerians in the diaspora

Buying property at home from another country adds distance to every step — inspection, documentation, payment and supervision. We help diaspora clients structure the enquiry so that nothing depends on trust alone.

  • Clarify who holds title and how it will be verified independently
  • Agree who inspects the property and reports back to you
  • Insist on written terms, receipts and a traceable payment route
  • Appoint a Nigerian lawyer who acts for you, not for the seller

Help us understand your enquiry

  • Which state, city or corridor interests you?
  • Residential, commercial, farmland or land banking?
  • Is this for personal use, rental income or long-term holding?
  • What is your intended timeframe?
  • Would an introduction to a relevant professional help?

The more context you provide, the more specific our first response can be.

Due diligence

What must be verified before money moves

Nigerian land transactions turn on documentation. These are the checks we expect every client to complete with qualified professionals.

Title documentation

Establish what is actually held — Certificate of Occupancy, Governor’s Consent, deed of assignment, excision, gazette or survey plan — and confirm it at the relevant land registry.

Encumbrances and acquisition

Check for government acquisition, committed land, overriding community interest, pending litigation or unpaid charges through a search conducted by your own lawyer.

Physical verification

Have a registered surveyor confirm the beacons, boundaries and coordinates on the ground, and confirm access roads, drainage and permitted use.

Business network

Professional introductions and enquiries

Phatspine operates as a link agency in Nigeria, working within a wider network of property and estate businesses to connect enquiries with the right counterparty.

This website does not imply that Phatspine owns or directly lists every property discussed. For any specific property, the scope of our role and the authority of the party you transact with will be set out in writing before you commit to anything.

Ask about a location

What an introduction does and does not mean

  • Does: connect your enquiry to a relevant business or professional
  • Does: set out the questions worth asking first
  • Does not: confirm a property’s title, price or availability
  • Does not: replace independent legal and technical advice
  • Does not: guarantee any return or outcome

Share the location and purpose you have in mind and we will outline the next steps.
